Even with these basic functions, PBXs used in a company still needs to improve its capabilities.
Though some service providers offer a different function with a simple purpose, they may be capable in helping businesses max their future profits. Included in the features are voicemail, speed dialing, call forwarding, call waiting, voicemail, callbacks, and much more. These additional service functions will be useless if it is applied to a PBX system.
